IRON ORE TRAIN TRIP — REFUND POLICY

1. Booking & Refund Terms
By making a booking for the Iron Ore Train Trip, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms set out below.
Our refund policy is based on the date your booking is made and the scheduled departure date of the trip.
2. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Booking — 100% Refund
You may cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the booking and receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
To request a refund, you must contact The Side Quest Adventures LTD within the 48-hour period.
3. Cancellation After 48 Hours — 50% Refund
Once the initial 48-hour period has passed, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid, provided the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled trip departure date.
4. Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Trip — Non-Refundable
Bookings cancelled 30 days or less before the scheduled trip departure date are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made during this period, including cancellations made exactly 30 days before departure.
5. Refund Calculation
The refund is calculated based on the total amount actually paid by the customer for the booking:

6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to The Side Quest Adventures LTD using the contact details provided during the booking process.
The request should include the booking name and booking reference, where applicable.
The applicable refund percentage will be determined based on the date and time the cancellation request is received.
7. Trip Cancellation by The Side Quest Adventures LTD
If The Side Quest Adventures LTD cancels the trip, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and will be provided with the refund or alternative arrangements applicable to the circumstances.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
The Side Quest Adventures LTD may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any exception to this policy is at the company's discretion and does not create an ongoing obligation to make exceptions to the stated refund terms.
9. Agreement to the Policy
By completing a booking for the Iron Ore Train Trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
